ONE FILIPINO VOTE is an online electoral service supporting the efforts of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Commission on Elections in delivering and implementing the OAV system throughout the United Kingdom and elsewhere. It will give information regarding registration, voting, candidate information and other materials relating to the political affairs in the Philippines. One Filipino Vote is a non-partisan, neutral and independent group which only works to provide electoral access to Filipinos based overseas.
From November 2011 until October 2012, One Filipino Vote will be working towards encouraging Filipinos overseas to register for the 2013 Philippine midterm elections. All information relating to registering is found on our Elections page. After the registration period, we will be presenting materials provided by prospective candidates and political parties including political commentary from political pundits in the Philippines and overseas. One Filipino Vote will also commission a review of the election process for OAV which will be published on June 2013.
As part of our campaign for political representation for overseas Filipinos in the UK and beyond, we will also hold information drives throughout the country and on our social media platforms so you are always on top of what's going on until votes are counted on election day.
