Theyare also joined by Peps Villanueva, former president of Batangas Association UK, and Roderick Enriquez, a graphic designer who recently designed the 50p coin to commemorate the 2012 Olympics.
“We believe at ONE FILIPINO that as overseas Filipinos take care of their families here and in the Philippines, it is only reasonable that Filipino community leaders should be taking care of their welfare and interests abroad.” Mark Wolfisz said in an interview during the consultations with community leaders in London. “ONE FILIPINO will work with Filipino organisations to make their officers effective leaders and representatives of Filipinos in their locale.” Jordan Magtoto added during the interview. ONE FILIPINO is mainly formed by a group of young Filipinos in the UK with an intention on creating social enterprises focusing on the needs and welfare of Filipinos in the UK.
